Good day all, i just created an accouint and then realised that paypal used a different gmail for me i have recently added my debit card on to that account and as i see it was the wrong email i was trying to add a new email to correct the mistake. this did not help so i closed down the account. but now i made a new account and try to add my credit card and now its telling me its allready used by a nother account.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
