Problems with updating my new card just now

Hi,

 

I keep getting the 'We are sorry we can't process this request right now-try again later' message when I try to update details of my new debit card on Paypal-all my information is correct and everything is as it should be to my knowledge with my paypal account.

 

Any ideas?-I have contacted Paypal but thought I would ask here for some help if that's okay.

Thank you for your post and I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with linking a card with your PayPal account. It could be possible that our internal security system may be blocking you from adding the card due to multiple attempts or due to security issues. I'm afraid I cannot say the exact reason why this happened. However, I recommend you to try again post 48-72 hours and do not make any attempts within this duration.
