Problem with re-adding my card to my account

Hello, i have a problem with re-adding my credit card to a account, so basically i had my card linked to my account but i needed to remove it, now when i want to add it again it says that my card is declined and that i have problem with my bank and that i need to contact them i contacted my bank and everything is good with my card so why i cannot add the card again on my account, can someone help.Thanks

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
