When I try to link my credit card to my PayPal account, I got this error: "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method."
I think that I know what it is, but I don't know how to resolve this. When I was a student, I was working on some projects that integrates PayPal functionalities, so I needed to create PayPal developer account and link my credit card with that account. That was 3 years ago approximately. Now, I can't remember which account that was, with what username and password. That account was created only for developing and testing purposes. What I can do about that, how to resolve this? Any suggestions? That developer account I don't need anymore.
