Problem with adding credit card

Hello, I added credit card on my account and I remove it. But i try after 7 days to add it back to my account but i can't. I also try on another account but that don't work. I hope that will be solved. Thanks!!

You may have used up the number of times you can add a card to any PayPal account.

Try clearing your cache and cookies and if no luck see if customer service can add it for you.
