Problem to add bank account

Hello when i wanna add my bank account they send me sms but i didnt recieve it i clicked resend but the same result after that i got an error sorry we coul dnt confirm its you so please what can i do to add my bank account?

Hi @elamraouimed.

I recommend you to clear out the caches and cookies of the browser and try adding the bank again. If you still do not receive the code, you can check with the network operator if there's something wrong at their end.
