Can aanyone help me how to solve this issue- PayPal Your preapproved payments plan has been cancelled. Your preapproved payments plan G-xchange INC : PA-3M927825A1234540D, has been cancelled. To renew this plan, please contact G-xchange INC and sign up for a new preapproved payments plan with them. Business information Business: G-xchange INC

Well they tell you how to resolve it, go back to G-Cash and re-subscribe ie set it up again.

As kenrowlass stated above, normally you would just need to go back through the sign-up process with GCash again.
