Hello , my Paypal wallet balance is at -8 euro but i never pay with paypal wallet and also there is no transaktion that was -8 euro. Im always on 0 euro because as i said before i never use the wallet i pay directly via banktransfer.
If you have a failed bank transfer then paypal would put your balance in negative until you paid them back again.
It could be you had most of the money in your bank account but were 8 euro short so paypal credited the seller upfront for you which is what they normally do > waited for your bank transfer but as 8 euros short they put your balance into negative.

I understand. But unfortunately this is not the case , i always have money in my Bankaccount as i save money so there always is more than enough balance when i buy something and i also buy things very seldom.
