I bought something but the money I needed was not there yet. The first time, Paypal tried to reduce the amount from my bank account, making it negative, but ended up refund the money on the next day. Then Paypal made my Paypal balance negative, so I added money to the balance and everything was fine! But after a few days, Paypal still tried to took the money (that I already paid) from my bank account. How do I issue this problem and get a refund? There is no transaction of this kind on my Paypal history.
