Paypal isnt adding My bank account nor transfers money to credit card

Hey im trying to add by bank account but im getting internal error my account has 0 limitations that im aware of or anything and the instant transfer doesnt work either im getting sorry try again later please help no my account has 0 limitations or anything unusual i just keep getting errors and the paypal chat bot is not helping

You can't withdraw funds to a credit card in the UK, only to a bank account OR debit card.

If you can't add a bank account then check the link for troubleshooting.
