I recently try to buy laptops from HP.com, the order went through and my paypal balance deducted the purchase amount. The said amount in my Paypal Balance was put on PENDING STATUS for Authorization by Merchant. After the transaction, Paypal immediately put my account on hold for identity verification. Then HP cancelled by order due to reason Bank Decline (since paypal put my account on hold for identity verification). After I submitted all requirements, paypal activated my account again, but HP already CANCELLED MY ORDER. My problem is, my Paypal balance money is still stuck in the PENDING STATUS for Authorization and not credited back to my balance. (again to reiterate HP CANCELLED the entire order). Please help.
