Hi, I faced a big problem. When I try to add my visa card, which showed ''can not be processing now, try again layer” but the money 1 USD was deducted from my card. After a few minutes later when I tried to again It showed and deducted my money again like that same way. I lost my 2 USD, But no responses or notifications from your PayPal. Then after How can I add my card??? Surely I can tell this You will deduct my money 3rd time without any responses. Pls give a solution or give my money
