Payment holding issue

I received money and message came that it is on hold for 24 hours, now it more then two days. what should I do??

Are the funds SHOWING in your PayPal balance and on hold/pending OR not showing at all?

Only they would not be pending or on hold without showing something in your PayPal account transaction history. Anything else may well be a scam with fake PayPal emails?
