My debit card is in USD. However, when I make a purchase using Paypal, the amount charged to my bank card is always higher than original amount. For example, I buy goods for $220. In PayPal account it shows $220. Then my bank card is charged $240. It seems like PayPal is converting to local currency, then converting it again to USD . Thus it results in loss to me. Is there way to change it?
