PayPal says my bank/s are declining my cards (3) this simply cannot be true..

I want to make a simple payment to buy something  from what I know is a reputable company .. (THo' I find I am taken to Pay Pal when I thought it was just a credit card transaction_)

Am on my usual laptop.

I have tried 3 cards from 2 banks ( 2 of which are Australian accounts)  

All accounts are in credit and I use the cards though mostly the UK one.

EAch try tells me that my issuing bank is declining to support my payment.

I even had this when trying to register a card...

Hopeless to get satisfaction from PP of course.     BY now I am completely muddled and naturally very angry !!!

Billing address of any card you have has to match your paypal account address.

There has to be available funds to allow for the confirmation process.

Have you confirmed all the cards you have added?
