PayPal money problem

I was in around -50 Euros on PayPal, so they took the needed money from my bank account to even it out.
But instead of my balance being back to 0, it's still stuck at -50.

I tried contacting them by phone, but reaching out to them is quite difficult it seems.

Please help

Allow 5-7 days for the payment that left your bank account to resolve the negative amount to get to paypal.

It goes as an echeque and so has to go via ACH in batches before it hits paypal.
