PayPal is not accepting my Egyptian USD bank account; how can I link it?

Hello PayPal community and Egyptian users. I am a new user to PayPal and trying to set up my account as it's one of the payment methods for my job. My primary currency is USD and I will be receiving my payments in USD. As I tried to link my Egyptian USD bank account, PayPal did not allow it, saying it may need some help and to contact them. PayPal also has a message that says to link an EGP bank account to ensure transfers don't get declined. Can someone please help me and let me know what I can do?

I know there is a rumor that some Egyptian banks aren't compatible with PayPal, could this be the reason? If so, what banks are compatible and what banks aren't?

Also, here is a picture of the message I received:

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Also you can't add a USD currency account as withdrawals to bank accounts are always in local currencies OR the currency the account was set up in.
