Hi I have a negative balance because PayPal likes to **bleep** me over a lot, I was charged $107.99 because according to PayPal’s database they “notice” i have a “duplicate” refund and was payed that same refund twice, I was not and am now 107.99 dollars in debt because paypal thinks there was a second refund on the same transaction where there wasn’t if anyone can help me please do I’ve tried contacting them but it just gives me a robot that can’t help me with anything
I would also like to mention this really makes things a whole lot worse for me as i have no job and have no way of getting money just because PayPal is greedy and wants our money again thank you in advance for who ever can help me
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
