I had to verify my account by confirming my debit card. So I had to go through the process of PayPal sending me the confirmation code. PayPal usually charges a $1.95USD fee if they can’t identify your currency. My currency is TTD. Which means approximately $7.00TTD is equal to $1.00USD. Therefore, they should’ve charged me approximately $14.00TTD from my card. But when I requested that they send me the confirmation code $63.00TTD was removed from my card. After a couple days, I got the confirmation code and verified my PayPal account. However, I was only refunded approximately $13.00TTD. Can anyone help me?
