PayPal asking me to link and verify a bank account despite the fact i already have one linked

I have linked my bank account in my PayPal but every time i choose the option to add money to PayPal via bank it says i have to add a bank account but i already have one, it's like it's not recognizing it, can anyone help?

Did you confirm it after adding it?

Yes, i should've mentioned that but yes it's verified, it says so in the app and i also got an email basically confirming that the account is linked and verified but still nothing
