PayPal and Yodlee Enters My Bank Account Number

When linking bank accounts to my credit union, Yodlee apparently formats the account number incorrectly. I cannot get hold of anyone at PayPal to competently help with this. My credit union shows that when the account is linked, it shows as member number and share ID, when it should be share ID and then member number. I've re-linked numerous times over the past week or so.

I am sorry to know that you're having issues while linking bank account to your credit union and I understand this experience can be frustrating. In this situation, I would suggest clearing cache and cookies or try using different browser or device to see that works. If it doesn't work, you may just try linking  your credit union rather than combining it with Yodlee. If that doesn't work or need any help, please reach out to our Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website. You may also contact Yodlee directly for further assistance or to see if there's any glitch on their end.
