Not transferring money to the card

When you transfer the amount from PayPal to the card, this message appears

Sorry about that. We cannot complete this for you right now. You can try again in a minute or two. If you're still having trouble, let us know.

What is the solution to this problem, knowing that I checked the card while it is intact?

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
