Negative balance

Hello, a week ago I made three different purchases on the same day and now I have a negative balance for the amount of the last two. Today I was at the bank to ask if the bank refused any of the payments, but all three of them were paid for and I have a signed paper declaring it. What can I do now? A couple of days ago I contacted the message centre and received a reply telling me that the bank probably reversed the purchases which now I know it's not the case so now I don't know what to do or who to write.
