Negative balance

Hello I have a negative balance in my account and I am trying to add funds but it keeps giving me a message that I don't have permission what should I do?

You can't add funds to a paypal account in your country so your options are..........

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function.

2. Receive a payment by selling something and then it would clear the negative amount if it exceeded that amount.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase.
