Negative balance after Payment

Hey fellas,

Couple of weeks back an automatic payment happened through my paypal and i didnt have enough money on my bank. So i got a negative balance. Couple of days later Paypal retried to take the money with success since i top my bank. Funny thing is that now i still have negative balance even if Paypal already took that money and they still ask me to top paypal up!?

How i solve this?

Allow 5-7 business days for the echeque ie electronic transfer to process to paypal and clear your neg balance.
