Negative Balance

My paypal balance has grown to 5.96 eur in Negative balance and in activity doesnt show why the amount has been put as negative balance. need help asap.

Thank you for posting in the PayPal Community. 

You may have a negative balance due to a payment from your bank or card failing or maybe a PayPal Dispute was opened up against a payment you received. 

Here's how to restore your balance:

1. Go to paypal and log in to your account.
2. Under 'PayPal balance', click Transfer Money.
3. On the 'Resolve Your Negative Balance' page, choose which option you'd like to use:
   • Add money using your debit card (instantly).
   • Top up your PayPal account with money from your bank account.
4. Click Continue and follow the steps.

Please note – If you’re using our PayPal app, you won’t have a card payment option available. If you wish to make a payment using a card, please use the internet browser on your phone.
