I can't see an option for linking my bank account, only debit cards which I don't have. And I don't have the PayPal app cuz it's not available in my country!
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
If paypal is not supported or available in your country then you can't use another countries paypal account, it would never work properly and would probably soon be limited.
