Natwest says Paypal Sort code and account number is wrong??

I am trying to transfer some cash from Natwest to my Paypal wallet. Natwest says the Paypal account info and Sort code do not match and refuses to send the cash (Reject code 1114). Any ideas please??

Why is your bank even saying PayPal’s bank # and sort code # is wrong. You’re supposed to be using your bank info. How are you linking your bank account to PayPal? On the Wallet page?
