Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with your balance showing. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history? If it's a browser issue that normally does the trick. If you're still having issues after that, I'd recommend reaching back out to our Customer Support teams by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
