I've been unable to access my Money, Banks and Cards settings for over a week and a half now. I can't get anyone from PayPal on the phone to even discuss this. Has anyone else had this issue?

Other ways to access those settings:
Pay & Get Paid >Money or Pay & Get Paid > Banks & Cards
or try:
https://www.paypal.com/businesswallet/money
https://www.paypal.com/businesswallet/money#banks-section
To set preferred payment method, click bank or card and in the pop up, click Set as preferred.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Very much appreciated and you solved in minutes what I couldn't get anyone on PayPal to even discuss. Now if only they'd let you handle unauthorized, fraudulent, transactions. I had two charges, from someone in Memphis, TN, yesterday, totaling over $1,100, yet, although I've never had an address in Tennessee, and the name and address didn't match anything on my account, the brainiacs at PayPal said it was authorized because I had purchased from this company before about 4 years ago. Fortunately the company halted the order, refunded my money, no thanks to PayPal, and I was made whole but only because I called them as soon as they opened. Needless to say I've drained almost every penny out of my PayPal account and deleted every auto payment setup with the exception of Google which it won't allow you to delete strange enough. I'm a long time user of PayPal for invoicing my customers but everything is switching to Wave App now. Thanks again for your help.

Same here for me. What the response is not saying on this post is, if you are trying to manage subscriptions this is the only place as far as I know that you can control those. If you can't get to the page you can't turn them off and manage them. I called in they wanted to go one by one saying they could see it but I needed to use another browser...well I did that and it still didn't work. I can't controll my subscriptions and if you can't do that then its hard to run your business and to me that means PayPal can no longer be trusted! This is Horriable!!!!

This is what @sharpiemarker suggested and it worked. I used it to disassociate every bank and card with PayPal as I recently had two fraudulent transactions that if anyone from PayPal would have taken the time could have easily determined they were fraudulent. PayPal absolutely no help and claimed they were authorized. Name and address totally different than anything on my account, but they were authorized? There are other payment options to run a business on and I'm moving all my business to one of those. I'm a long time PayPal user but no longer.
