Anyone know how to move money from my balance over to folders I've created under "Wallet?" I used to have money set aside for different purposes. Paypal removed them and dumped all my money back into my balance! Help

If you mean paypal 'goals' then yes they no longer exist.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
