So my father tried using PayPal for the first time and tried to confirm it. He recieved the 2 small deposits but PayPal also took money from his bank as a fee. I searched and nothing of this is stated anywhere. 10 bucks were taken and the description says PayPal fee. I searched on the website but there is nothing stating that the user will also have to send something back. Do they return this money? Could it be something else? He told me he did not do anything just tried adding his bank. Also could it be the reason that I got declined? I got declined because the moment I got my card I tried connecting my bank to PayPal. I didnt have any money because it took some time to show. Maybe PayPal tried to drew some but couldn't so I got declined?
