Hello. Every time I try to add my prepaid card to my PayPal account I am told that the card is already registered to another account, but this is not the case.

If you are getting this type of message please contact us via the contact us link so we can have this looked into for you. If you click on the contact us link at the bottom of any PayPal page you will see this option.
