Someone sent me a payment and I was notified that I received the money but when I go onto my account my balance says $0.00. In my transaction history it says "Money Received" so I don't understand where the money is.

Hello , few hours ago i received a payment from customer. Normal come receipt in to the mail and in activity shows payment like completed- But this amount not showing in my balance ? what can i do? Message us button not showing me in my account to contact paypal _ I am from Slovakia so with call is problem, What can i do to show my money /recieved and completed money/ to my balance? Please for Help
