I am trying to add my mastercard but i get an error. They told me they weren't sure that I was the owner of the card but this my card and i have money on the card pls help.

Is the billing address of the card the same as the address on your paypal account?

Is it a card issued in your country?

Does the card have available funds to allow for the confirmation process?

Is it a bricks and mortar bank and not a virtual / digital card?

Every think is right and It's digtal card i use it everytime but when i add the card i get an error

Then if you 'add' it every time you may have maxed out the number of times you can add that card to a paypal account which is 8 times. 

That and the fact paypal often reject digital/virtual bank cards.
