Linkking my Card Egypt Country

I called the Bank and they told me when you link the card no transaction (1 dollar) came to us So what should I do?

My USD VISA Card is debit, not credit so It will not work It must be credit?

But My bank says If the visa USD and debit should work, I will get back to them again and tell them It must be Credit.
