Linking to FNB South Africa

I am trying to link my PayPal to my FNB account but I get his error instead "The New Email Address Does Not Belong To The Linked Paypal Account". I am confused since I am using my PayPal email address. Can someone assist?

I would ask that you ensure your email address is confirmed: How do I confirm my email address?

Also, please ensure you have no account limitations on your PayPal Resolution Center. 
 

Finally, I would ask that you check to see if we are requesting that your account is verified, see: How do I confirm my identity? (CIP)
