Hello, I'm trying to link my AMEX card and confirm it with the 4-digit code sent to the statement by PayPal.
I see the deposit on my AMEX statement, but there is no 4-digit code. It only says "PAYPAL". I tried contacting AMEX to see if they can see the code from their end, and they only see "PAYPAL".
I linked another card, CITI, and that worked. I got the code in the statement, but not on my AMEX. What's the solution?
