Link bank manuel

I try link my bank account and i get these wrong message "We're sorry but this bank is already tied to the maximum number of PayPal accounts."

You can only link a bank account to any paypal account x3 times in that banks lifetime so have you added it more than that?

Or have you got it linked to another paypal account at the moment?
