Link a bank

I do not have a credit nor debit card. I do not also have a United States bank account. When i tried to link my country Ghana ABSA bank account, it fails and the system keeps requesting for a US bank details. What do i do to link my bank please?

As far as I can see Paypal is not available or supported in Ghana so what countries paypal account are you trying to use?

You can't use another countries paypal account, it would soon be permanently banned.
