Please I need the biggest help here. I have wanted to link a card to a pay pal account, But was told that the card has been linked elsewhere to another account but on checking that elsewhere account, there is no card linked. I have checked severally no card is linked. AM very tired of the owe thing.
Also, I keep getting deductions from the elsewhere account which I have logged into but no card linked.
You can't add a local bank account / debit card in your country. You can only link a visa credit card. So is that what you are trying to add and have you confirmed it?
