I’m unable to buy crypto, I keep getting an error message that there is an issue, and this transaction can not be completed at this time, please who can help

I do understand your frustration with this. It sounds like you are having issues with our internal secuirty system when trying to purchase crypto. 

I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try again using an alternative browser. Sometimes your system just needs to be reset.
