Can not link my bank account, every time it shows "We can't process your request right now. Please try again later." I tried everything I could including using different browsers and deleting the cookies but none of it worked, the bank name is same as the PayPal name and it has never be linked before. I don't know what else can I do. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me, thanks a lot.
