When i try to link my card, its says, that i don't own that card

Does the billing address of the card match your paypal account?
Is it in your name and match the name on your paypal account?
Is it issued in your country and the same as your paypal account country?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
