Is anybody else having problems transferring bitcoin to another wallet?

I've been attempting to transfer my bitcoin to my Coinbase wallet, but it keeps failing.  Every time I try to send the bitcoin it says, There's a problem, right now, we're not able to complete this transaction.

Sorry for the trouble! PayPal supports the native transfer of cryptocurrencies between PayPal and other wallets and exchanges. It is entirely possible that you could be running into our security system. I recommend that you to try again at a later date by clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser or try to use a different internet browser/device.
