I'm trying to link a card to my PayPal account but it says it is already linked to another account.

I've linked this card before to one of my older PayPal account but since It some issues I made a new PayPal account. I removed my debit card from that account and tried Linking it to my new one but it says the following error: "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method"

Firstly you are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited so best to close any surplus accounts. 

Secondly allow 72 hours after removing the card before trying to add it to another account + clear cookies/cache first etc.

Lastly you may have used up the amount of times a card can be added if you are removing / adding it all the time to different accounts.

I have two accounts one is business and one is individual. I only had this card for these 2 accounts and this is the first time I'm changing it to a different account. I've waited for like over a week for but it's not working!!
