An extract has not been received for more than a month. I wanted to identify my bank card and I was charged 1.5 €, I haven’t received a statement with the code until now. I want to get my money back. What should I do?

Hi Diavol_Sh,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum.
I apologize or the confusion regarding the confirmation process. You will not receive a separate statement obtaining the PayPal code. Please review your card statement for the 1.50 charge, beside the charge it will show PayPal followed by a 4 digit code. This is the code you will enter on your PayPal account to confirm the card. Once the card has been confirmed successfully, the 1.50 charge will be refunded to you.
