I didn't recieve my refund in my debit card.

Hello everyone,

i recieved a refund in 29 Aug and its says its 'REFUNDED.' But its already a  two weeks and i still dont get anything in my bank account. I've paid with my card, no with my paypal ballance. I concat my bank support and they said me there isnt such a transfer.
