Please I have a PayPal account I don't seem to find my account balance anywhere in the website or in the app
Nigeria accounts do not have ability to receive money. Only for buying online or sending money. Refunds go back to the card used. So no need for a balance.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
