Hello Paypal community. I am a new user, so I am experiencing troubles linking my bank card to my account.
I need to receive payments from Paypal from someone who lives in another country than my own, so it is international payment.
But, for some reason I can only link my credit card to my account.
That means I can not receive payments from someone who lives in another country through my Mastercard, but need a foreign exchange currency card(which I have) for those transactions.
But I can only link my mastercard.
Plus the only banks that are accepted are United States Banks.
